Who They Are & What They Do
Founded from the Kinderrettungswerk Kärnten, Lobby für Kinder began its mission in 1979. Over the decades, dedicated leaders like Elisabeth Scheucher‑Pichler (1979–2020) and Susanne Hager (since 2020) have shaped it into a lifeline of support across the region

Enriching the Community Through Art
Since 2021, they’ve launched “Art for Children” — collaborating with prominent Carinthian artists to design unique charity school backpacks. Recent contributors include Peter Jellitsch, Suse Krawagna, Brandy Brandstätter, Wolfgang Walkensteiner, and Karina Laru-Naú. The proceeds from these artistic creations go directly to supporting local families during the holiday season.
A Living, Breathing Community Space
Although based in Klagenfurt under the Kinderrettungswerk umbrella, Lobby für Kinder’s programs encompass much more. The organization hosts workshops, events, and holiday camps that bring families together—with crafts, nature activities, and community gatherings that create lasting bonds.

How dotparc is Helping
We’re passionate about supporting meaningful, local impact. That’s why we donated pro bono web design services to help Lobby für Kinder shine online. Today their website is clearer, more accessible, and better equipped to tell their story, share current initiatives, collect donations, and inspire further community action.
Looking Ahead
The partnership between dotparc and Lobby für Kinder exemplifies what happens when digital skills meet social purpose. We invite our community—clients, partners, friends—to explore their site, share their message, and consider ways to help:
Make a donation
Support their school backpack drive
